Timberlake Builders ~ Appreciation

We are Whitefish residents and also Whitefish business owners. We recently moved into a townhouse built by Timberlake Builders.

We absolutely love our new home. It is a wonderful location, and our experience with Tom Watters and Timberlake Builders is second to none. The quality of the construction, the follow up on punch list items and the attention to detail from the entire team of people that work with Tom is refreshing. We had them build our commercial building so we already had one fabulous experience. Their ethics is second to none. Timberlake Builders came through on everything they agreed to, plus some!

What we also appreciate from Timberlake, and the main reason we purchased our townhouse, is the design. The floor plan is great for our family and lifestyle. The way the townhouse is oriented along the river with views of the farmland and mountains is perfect. We feel they have designed the building in a manner which maximizes the views, and we appreciate that every day. When the walking path is connected to town, it will provide a lifestyle that we will certainly use and value. The architectural design of the townhouses not only compliments its surroundings, but also creates a very useable greenbelt along Whitefish River for our entire community to enjoy.

With all the conversation going on at this time about Whitefish development, we felt it very important for you to know that the residents like us, as well as the city are lucky to be dealing with such as ethical and quality builder.
