It has been several months now since our beautiful home in Lakeside has been completed. Susan and I have moved in "lock, stock, and barrel" and love every element. We wanted you and the entire Timberlake team, most especially Michelle, to know how pleased and appreciative we are.
As we were still living in Wisconsin during most of the planning, budgeting, and construction phases, the communication between all parties was essential for a smooth project. We are delighted with the consistent, timely, and informative flow of information that occurred. When questions arose, your responsiveness and ability (and willingness) to listen to our suggestions were wonderful. We always felt comfortable with the accessibility and "client care" that your staff extended to us.
The quality of work continues to impress us. You selected a wonderfully skilled group of tradesmen who demonstrated care and professionalism throughout the project.
Tom, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with you and your fine company. This, as you know, was our first opportunity to build a home, and we are certainly pleased with not only the finished product, but the entire process.

We are fortunate enough to already own the most perfect house in the world, which happens to have been built by Timberlake. So when we decided to build a studio, we wanted no one other than Tom to do it.
The project was undertaken while we were literally half a world away, which didn't cause us a single moment's hesitation. We were completely at ease, knowing that a Timberlake building exceeds ones dreams and highest expectations. It's reassuring to know that everything will be done to absolute perfection-and once again, it was!
