Our endeavors together started in 1996 when Suzy and I decided to retire to Montana and build our dream; a timber-frame and glass home measuring over 7,000 square feet in a view-filled meadow north of Kalispell. After a year of planning with our architect son, Matthew, you commenced the building project in May, 1997, and finished it in September, 1998. It is a jewel of fine design and expert craftsmanship -- decidedly, a complex project. Our entire experience was a delight, given your diligence, management and insight, and the capabilities of your staff.
The result is a wonderful home. It has garnered substantial attention and praise, but most do not know how benefited we have been due to your wonderful execution of the project.
This year we have teamed up again with son Matthew and Timberlake in a very different project. Currently you are nearing the finish of a challenging rework of an old cabin on the shores of Flathead Lake. This, too, has been a complex project with complications. It has entailed correction of various deficiencies in the original construction, some discovered only as we got behind the walls. You have guided extensive remodeling and upgrading which make the cabin as comfortable and functionally modern as we could wish, while preserving the vintage character and appearance of our retreat. The result is wonderful! Once again we have had a great experience, thanks in large measure to your skills, patience, and guidance.
Sincerely,
|

Tom's choice of tradesmen and his ability to manage all aspects of the job were superb. His honesty is unquestionable and even in the face of the inevitable problems he maintains flexibility and a great sense of humor.
